Arfan Rashid is a highly accomplished immigration lawyer with over two decades of experience. He is accredited as a Senior Immigration Caseworker and Supervisor and also serves as a Director at Rashid Law.

Arfan began his journey in the legal field at the age of just 16 and qualified as a solicitor by 24 — making him one of the youngest lawyers in the country at the time. Since then, he has developed a distinguished career grounded in dedication, expertise, and a strong commitment to justice.

Over the years, Arfan has successfully handled thousands of immigration matters, including thousands of complex bail and detention cases. His expertise spans all areas of immigration law, with particular focus on detention and bail, asylum, business immigration, and civil litigation.

He has played a key role in numerous high-profile and sensitive cases, earning a reputation for his strategic thinking, legal skill, and unwavering client care.

As Director of Rashid Law, Arfan leads with professionalism, integrity, and a clear vision for delivering exceptional legal services to individuals and businesses alike.

Ibtissam Mansour is the office manager of Rashid Law and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workplace. Having accumulated several years of experience in office-based environments, Mrs.Mansour confidently handles administrative tasks, managing resources, and supporting the team’s workflow.
Further Ibtissam Mansour’s job role, as an office manager, extends to maintaining the financial records of Rashid Law which she excels at. Mrs.Mansour prepares accurate financial statements and ensures adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Proficient in using accounting software and providing insightful financial analysis, Mrs.Ibtissam Mansour is well-versed in all areas of office management.
Mrs.Mansour delivers excellent customer service being proficient in the following languages: Arabic (all dialects), French and English.

Klajdi Fejzullau is the founder of The Land of Eagles and a Bilingual Paralegal & Client Relations Specialist at Rashid Law. Since 2018 he has built six years’ experience in certified Albanian–English translation and interpreting for private clients, local authorities, government agencies, and charities such as Barnardo’s. While earning a First-Class Honours degree in Event, Venue & Experience Management, he grew his language-services company into a trusted partner for law firms and NGOs. At Rashid Law, Klajdi streamlines evidential bundles, delivers real-time court and tribunal interpreting, and provides culturally attuned support to Albanian-speaking clients. His meticulous research, bundle preparation, and empathetic client care strengthen the firm across all areas of immigration practice.

Shahd Awawda is a qualified lawyer in Palestine since 2016 and currently works as a legal consultant in the UK, specialising in immigration and asylum law. She holds a master’s degree in Conflict Resolution from the UK and an MBA. Shahd previously taught at Hebron University’s Law School and brings both professional expertise and personal experience navigating the UK asylum system. She is fluent in Arabic and English, enabling her to assist clients from diverse backgrounds with clarity and compassion.

Mr Abdul Rehman is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (UK) with a distinguished international background, specialising in high-level UK business and private immigration. He joined Rashid Law Limited in June 2025, bringing a proven track record of delivering strategic, outcome-focused legal solutions to both corporate entities and private clients.
Mr Rehman holds an LLB (Hons) in Shariah and Law, and a Master’s in Law and Legal Practice, equipping him with a robust foundation in both common law and Islamic legal systems. He has developed formidable expertise through his work in both the UK and Pakistan. His cross-border experience positions him as a key advisor in matters requiring legal precision, commercial awareness, and multi-jurisdictional insight.
Mr Rehman has specialist expertise across the range of UK immigration matters including Skilled Worker visas, Sponsor Licence applications, and business immigration strategy, including supporting overseas companies with UK expansion through routes such as the Representative of an Overseas Business. His private immigration work covers visit visas, family visas, entry clearance and extension applications, asylum cases and appeals. He is also highly experienced in Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and complex British citizenship applications.
Mr Rehman is fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi, enabling him to engage effectively with a broad and diverse clientele. His practice is defined by rigorous preparation, tactical execution, and a relentless focus on delivering successful outcomes.

Noor Butt, an Immigration Caseworker, with experience working for several immigration law firm, joined the Rashid Law team in March 2024.
She has a wealth of expertise in both Immigration and Asylum law and recently embarked on her SQE. Having completed her LLB degree, Noor is route to qualify as a solicitor and has an excellent track record in providing the best results for her clients.
Noor Butt has extensive experience in independently completing the following: Entry Clearance applications, Extension Applications, Bail Applications, Asylum, Appeals and Revoking Deportation Orders. She is a key member of the Rashid Law team and her attention to detail has not gone un-noticed by her clients.
Noor Butt provides specialist consultations in Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and English.

Aida Maghdour Narziveh is an accomplished Legal Assistant with a strong focus on Immigration and Asylum law. With a wealth of experience gained from her tenure at various immigration law firms, Aida joined the esteemed Rashid Law team in September 2024, where she continues to make significant contributions to the field.

Aida holds a Student LLB degree and has honed her skills in independently managing a range of legal processes. Her expertise encompasses a variety of immigration-related applications, including Immigration Applications, Extension Applications, Bail Applications, Asylum cases, and Appeals.

Fluent in Farsi, Kurdish Sorani, and English, Aida specializes in providing consultations that cater to a diverse clientele, ensuring that language barriers do not hinder access to vital legal support. Her dedication to her work and her clients is evident in her meticulous approach and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. With a passion for advocating for those in need, Aida Maghdour Narziveh stands as a formidable asset to the Rashid Law team and the communities she serves.

Nzar is a dedicated trainee solicitor with a robust background in immigration, asylum, and criminal law. He has cultivated strong connections with several law firms, enhancing his practical experience in the legal field. Nzar holds an LLB and has successfully completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC), equipping him with a solid foundation in law.

In addition to his role as a trainee solicitor, Nzar serves as the Secretary General for the UK Kurdish Associations, a charitable organisation committed to providing support and assistance to individuals in need. His commitment to community service complements his legal expertise, making him a well-rounded advocate for those he serves.

Nzar possesses extensive experience in managing Entry Clearance applications, Extension Applications, Asylum appeals, and further submissions, demonstrating his proficiency and dedication to helping clients navigate complex legal processes. With a passion for justice and a commitment to making a positive impact, Nzar is poised to excel in his legal career.

Sindi Marku is a Paralegal at Rashid Law and often the first point of contact for our clients. She combines strong legal knowledge with a warm, professional approach to ensure every client feels supported from the very beginning of their journey with us.
Sindi holds both an LLB and an LLM, academic achievements that reflect her deep understanding of legal principles and commitment to the field. Her qualifications allow her to provide informed assistance across a range of matters, complementing the work of our solicitors and helping to progress cases efficiently and accurately.
In addition to her legal and administrative responsibilities, Sindi supports our Albanian-speaking clients, offering language assistance and helping to ensure that communication is always clear and accessible.
